About Latissimus Flap Breast Reconstruction
The Latissimus flap procedure combines your back tissue with an implant, which is usually placed beneath the latissimus muscle. A small scar is left in the bra line on the back, but it heals very well and is barely noticeable. Patients recover quickly, and the technique creates very soft and natural breasts.
